I am working on BBP CRM 4.0 We are using Web IC for handling support calls. We have configured some Alerts for the Service tickets. When the user confirms the business partner, if there are any service tickets associated with the Business partner then they are shown in the alert. We are not able to navigate to the service tickets however using Alert message.
In Alert's profile though we have provided the navigation. We are not able to navigate based on the service ticket number. The service ticket number is part of the Alert message and we would like to navigate to the respective service ticket. In SAP help, there is an example narrated for the service order, we have a similar scenario. We are not sure how to pass the service ticket number to the navigation in Alerts.
Any strings in this regards will be highly appreciated.
