blank crystal report except group tree icon showing at the corner

We are upgrading Visual Studio from 2005 to 2015 so as crystal reports. Most of the reports are working fine except couple of reports. The viewer is blank with the group tree at the corner. if I click group tree or If I refresh the report page, the report shows up. any suggestions how to fix this issue.

Visual Studio: 2015 (.net 4.6)

Crystal Reports version: CRforVS_13_0_18

Check your report. I've seen this also and depending on the Groups properties depends on if it shows or not in the Tree option.
