Availability check ignores item category HIDN

Hi,

We use inbound deliveries which are created directly through MIGO transaction. This is possible because we are using HUM in the storage location. The item category in those inbound deliveries is HIDN (set by standard SAP). We have come across the issue of not recognizing this item category in the availability check. Namely, when checking availability in the sales order the system ignores those inbound deliveries. For example: although there is 10 PCS in the inbound delivery, the sales order finds nothing. The Shipping notification in the availability settings is marked. Also, if the outbound delivery is created with the reference to a purchase order, it is recognized in the availability control.

Does someone know how can the item category HIDN be taken into account when checking availability from the sales order.
