How no of pallets are updated on Shipment

How no of pallets are updated on Shipment.

I have FERT & UNBW type of materials on Delivery but when shipment is created in SAP

only no of pallets for FERT material are updated, please provide insight.

to access - >No of pallets

go to VT03N screen then click on Shipments and Deliveries (F7).

maybe you should provide more info, e.g. screenshots, and describe your general process how you pack your materials. Is it automatic packing? do you do it manually in the delivery, or do you do it in the shipment?

In VT03n screen => Shipment and Deliveries, I don't find any field named "No. of Pallets" in internal system. I checked even the hidden fields but it's unavailable.

So, is it custom field in which you are facing this issue?
