Run Time Logon

Hello All,

We are on EP6SP2.

On the Log on Page there is a link called as "Get Support".

When the user is having trouble signing in He uses it.

We would like to customize this particular functionality.

For the Password Reset the standard functionality involves a user to enter his User id, First name, Last name and Email ID(all the four being required parameters) , but we would like to reset a user's password by just entering two parameters i.e user id and email.

Can we make a required parameter an optional paramerter?

Can you tell what place would require a change ?

I have read the steps for customizing the logon screen ,but it does not say any thing about this.
