Dear All,
Is it possible for a end user in Sourcing to change his/her language from 'My Settings' or it should always bw done via security team? Please suggest if there is a workaround.

Hello Rajesh,
Yes it is possible. There are two things you need to check:
1. Check or create system property upp -> upp.account.attributesViewEdit
** this property should have value EDIT to allow user to click on Edit button
2. Check or create system property upp -> upp.account.attributesEditList
- Add DISPLAY_LANGUAGE to the list
These properties combined enable editing of fields under "My Settings" screen.
