Urgent: Portal Drive for Collaboration Rooms

Hi,

I am trying to connect to the /rooms repository within KM Content.

The connectivity works fine but the i get a list with the unique ids of the collaboration rooms rather than their names.

The same is true for any document within a room.

Is it feasible to show the names of rooms and documents rather than their unique ids?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and suitably rewarded.

Hi Sinha,

you can add additional attributes to be displayed in the Windows Explorer. If you add the display name, it will be readable. The IDs however can not be avoided as IDs of the folders.

Hi Anupama,

After connecting to the Portal Drive, navigate to the View tab in the explorer and click on "Choose Details".

Check the "Display Name" checkbox.

Next click on Tools --> Folder Options and the view tab.

Click the button called Apply to All Folders.
