sapscript form updation problem

Hi All,

When we transport our sapscript form to Quality Server it is transported well but the runtime form is still old one instead that the changed form is in quality server but it does not take effect.

I think this is Basis issue not ABAP but i have to correct it or atleast guide basis to correct this problem.

we have this problem in past when server get restarted the changed form get effect but this is not a proper way.
