FI document got posted by Tcode FB01 with cost center is not have line items in table COEP

Hi All,

In FI document got posted by Tcode FB01 with cost center is not have corresponding line items created in tables COEP(CO Lline items) and COBK(CO Header) for one of fiscal year. Where as I can see items present in COSP(CO Ext. Postings) table. May I know the possible reasons for this?

In different fiscal year, I am able to view the documents for same cost center.

Hi All,

This got happen because of archival. Archival program removed controlling document header details from table COBK, item details from COEP. But unfortunate missed the traces in COSP table.

You can do further check in FB03 in document over view for controlling document. The controlling document getting displayed from archiving table after debug and same document is not visible directly Tcode KSB5.
