    Hi,

    Issue is solved.

    SAP Support:

Checking more information about this 'login/user'(SAPSR3SHD), probably

it was added to your system in an upgrade phase.

In order to bypass the error (Msg 3770, Level 16, State 1) which is

raising when running script 'SYBDROPSHDSSO.SQL' you will need to do

    the following:

For each database 'model', 'sybsystemdb', 'sybsystemprocs',

'sybmgmtdb' and 'saptools' run the following commands:

    > use <database_name>

    > go

    1> sp_dropuser SAPSR3SHD

    2> go

Check if no error is returned after running the commands above.

Repeat the commands described above for each database

    Regards.

    Hi Jorge,

You need to either check or upload/post the log SYBDROPSHDSSO.LOG log.

The error condition will be logged there.

    Cheers,

    Amerjit

    Hi Jorge,

Could you share SYBDROPSHDSSO.OUT & SYBGETSERVER.OUT, meanwhile suggest you to restart complete system to retry the failure step .
