Release rejected

Hi All,

I have a problem where a shopping cart status is "release rejected" even after the shopping cart was approved.

All the details of the cart were complete but still rejected. Anybody has any ideas on what could be the problem.

Hi Sunny,

Seems you have more issues on the shopping cart status. Can you check is it with that particular workflow or in any worklfows.

1. put a SC in ITS under hold.

2. Start the No Approval workflow manually in SRM SAP GUI with SC and check whether you have the right status on the shopping cart.

You can even do this with all the workflow and verify that is it problem when it is thru ITS or using Offline.
