Hi gurus,
I have planned a Risk Survey assessment vía email the problem is that I am not receiving any email for it. If I check in the Planner Monitor I can see the task as "Completed", so I guess no errors happened, so, maybe I miss some steps to configure this functionality?
Could you please help me?

Have you guys configured the Adobe Interactive Forms , could you please confirm on this.
As you must know that the survey functionality leverages Adobe Interactive Forms to support offline data entry,Surveys are sent as an Adobe Form attachment in the recipient's email inbox.
