GRC RM-Risk Survey via Email

Hi gurus,

I have planned a Risk Survey assessment vía email the problem is that I am not receiving any email for it. If I check in the Planner Monitor I can see the task as "Completed", so I guess no errors happened, so, maybe I miss some steps to configure this functionality?

Could you please help me?

All these tasks were already pre performed but I still have the same issue. I am wondering, is there a job of something similar that makes the email to be sent out?

Hi ,

Have you guys configured the Adobe Interactive Forms , could you please confirm on this. 

As you must know that the survey functionality leverages Adobe Interactive Forms to support offline data entry,Surveys are sent as an Adobe Form attachment in the recipient's email inbox.

Thanks for your message, the error message I get is "E-mail address maintained in Exit Rules for Inbound Processing is invalid".

Any idea of what can be happening?

Follow the SAP note-1530646  and 1530646 and maintain the Inbound Email settings accordingly.

Hello,

While maintaining the email address in Transaction SU01 and SO50, all the alphabets should be in lower case.

If any one of the alphabets is in Capital letters, the system will not identify the same and it will give an error.

The email address is in lower case. What else can be happening? The error is "E-mail address maintained in Exit Rules for Inbound Processing is invalid".
