Hi,
We are configuring Hybris Marketing system and facing an issue with CUAN_SHELL applications while accessing from Fiori. We are trying to access Fiori apps through web dispatcher configured URL and having issue with CUAN_SHELL apps since they are opening in new window without logging into system.
sample URL which is opening in new window with login page:
https://webdispatcherhost/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/cuan_shell/index.html?sap-hpa-fiori=true#SEGMODEL
The same CUAN_SHELL applications are opening without any issues if I replace web dispatcher host with local host information.
sample URL which is opening while using local host details:
Is there any specific web dispatcher settings required to access CUAN_SHELL while using webdispatcher?
Please suggest to solve the issue.
Thanks and regards,
Dinesh.
Hi Dinesh,
to get the URL opening in new window without login page, it is necessary to import ABAP client certificate to SAP Web Dispatcher.

Hi Dinesh,
not quite sure if I understand your question correctly, but the UI5-applications which are not implemented with the latest fiori technology (e.g. Segmentation Models, Target Groups, Contact Dashboard) are always opened from the Fiori LP in a separate browser window or browser tab within the open window (the later decision depends on your browser setting).
This functions as designed and follows the paradigm of fiori to open the non-fiori applications by means of a separate browser window/tab.
