IW21 to generate breakdown data via MC17

Hello,

When a PM02(Malfunction report) is created, I have instructed those making the entry to check the 'breakdown' box in hopes of capturing the downtime of equipment for reporting.

I have been told that MC17 can generate a report for this, but no matter how I populate the fields I cannot get the data to appear.

1. In the first place it is not MC17 , but it is MCI7.
