Review cart and order cart throws error "The document is released and not changeable"

Hi All,

While creating shopping cart for casual users(SRM UI add on),I try to add items to the cart.Items are added successfully.

But when i try to "Review" and "Order cart" i get an error "The document is released and not changeable" and unable to progress any further .

Any inputs on why such error occurs?

Hi Tara,

We seem to have this issue as well in the SRM UI add on. SAP seems to have a note "2158253 - Downport of feature pack 03, note 00- Report" which probably can fix the issue. See if this note helps. We are reviewing this note as well to see if it helps resolve the issue. If not a SAP message may have to be raised.
