Multiple UOM on Purchase side PO

do we have Multiple UOM  facility in PO, because when material is created in plant it is in other Unit while PO is created vendor side UOM is different .

Kindly guide.

Hi,

From SAP B1 9.0 multiple UoM is available.

If you want to configure it then first you need to set up UoM group in item master. You can create multiple unit of measure as per your need.

Now in purchasing document you need to enable UoM code from form settings.

Here you select which UoM you want to purchase. But make sure inventory UoM must be remain same.

at Purchase side (PO) how to do Multiple UOM in SAP business one , because I am able to do it on material master (Item Master) . but on PO side I am finding solution . where Inhouse material standard and vendor standard do not match in Unit.

Hi,

You can go to Unit of Measure Group (Administration / Setup / Inventory ) to define conversion rate between purchase UoM and Inventory UoM.

Then you will able to choose either inventory UoM or purchase UoM.

Hi,

Yes, they can. Remember that those UoMs must be defined in UoM Group which is attached to the item.
