problem with installing second JAVA system

Hi,

I am trying to install second Java system on a server. On the first try, I selected the "Local Install" option, the SAPInst stop at an error of "unable to add account DEVSM01/SAPServiceJ2E to group SAP_J2E_GlobalAdm". However, the user SAPServiceJ2E already exists and is a member of SAP_J2E_GlobalAdm. On the second try, I selected the "Domain installation with current user" which I logon as a domain administrator, the SAPInst stopped after trying to switch to J2EAdm. The error message was "Error 1332: no mapping between account name and security IDs was done". Could any give me some suggestions?
