URGENT:Displaying only data with multiple line items

Hi ,

I have the below scenario and need to address 2 requirements

STATE	VENDOR	VENDOR NAME	ROUTE
S1	V1	ROUTE VENDOR	R1
S2	V1	ROUTE VENDOR	R1
			R2
			R3
S2	V2	O'BRIEN TRANSPORT SERVICES PTY LTD	R4
S2	V3	Yorkie Bar Trucks	R1

I need to display '*' in case of multiple route for a State - Vendor combination.Example screen shot as below:

STATE	VENDOR	VENDOR NAME	ROUTE
S2	V1	ROUTE VENDOR	*

Also need a separate report which will display only the details of multiple routes.Example screen shot as below:

STATE	VENDOR	VENDOR NAME	ROUTE
S2	V1	ROUTE VENDOR	R1
			R2
			R3

Please let me know if the above could be achieved in BEx Query???? If not is it possible in BO WebI report?

Go to Bex query Designer

go to the Characteristic restriction  based on characteristic value     

State is drag into characteristic restriction . in that State, Select the  S2  value

Hi ADKR,

I jus gave an example....

I need to display the report of vendors which has multiple routes.

Actual report run on a particular period ,may have vendors with multiple routes as well it could have only one route.My report should report only records which have multiple routes for a vendor.

Could that logic be achieved using any condition on BEx level?
