Avaya CMS Database and Crystal Reports 2013

So here's the rundown,

I'm trying to connect Crystal Reports 2013 to the Avaya CMS Database via ODBC.

I setup the System DSN & tested the connection, no problems...

However, when I try to access the database inside Crystal reports to begin creating reports I'm unable to find the DSN.

I'm unsure why & I don't know what could be the issue since I tested the connection and all is well.

I have included screenshots.

Hi Desmond

Make sure the ODBC datasource is 32 bit. CR being 32 bit app, will not see 64 bit ODBC datasources. See:
