Hi Experts,
Is there any way by which Incidents created in Solution Manager ITSM be closed/withdrawn automatically.
I did try doing it using below report, but it didn't helped.
"CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT".
Thanks,
Rakesh B

Hi,
Standard Badi implementation AI_CRM_IM_PROC_CHECK is preventing you from confirming message you are assigned to. You can deactivate it if you want to be able to close documents you are assigned to.

Hello Rakesh,
Once you asked following Question on Community. I didnot find the answer of it. Could you tell me what was the solution for this?
Issue while Confirming an Incident in Incident Management
Hello Experts,
We have Solution Manager, Incident Management implemented, we are facing issue while "Confirming" Incidents in ITSM.
If "Requested By" and "Message Processor" are same, Processor does not get an option to "Confirm" an Incident.
If we are removing the Message Processor entry or mentioning different Message Processor's name other than "Requested By" we are able to confirm the Incident.
Can anyone suggest how we can fix this problem?
Thanks,
Rakesh bhor

Thanks Artem,
This report works.
IS there anyway where we can do it for multiple incidents at a time, In above report we can do it for one incident at a time.
Thanks,
Rakesh B
