EDI ouput of a Maintenance Order

Hello Friends,

I am in a need of sending a maintenance order details to an external tool through an EDI. In the message control i am not seeing any option for setting up an EDI output type and only i am finding the option of Print output.

Can you please suggest in how to arrive at setting up an EDI output(IORDER01 iDocs) to an external tool for an plant maintenance order. Thank you

Hello Jacob,

On my experience I don't think there is such an option for maintenance orders in the standard. Have you checked that this is technically feasible? Could you explain, what is the business scenario you wat to implement? If this is customer service, then you can integrate service orders with sales orders and send those via EDI...
