Material deletion - archiving - error

Dear all,

I am trying to delete a material. Initially i have mark deletion flag for materials in MM06 transaction.

Then, in SARA transaction, i created a variant and executed.

but archiving files is not created. It showing error(run through the report : MMREO050)

Whether i have to do something else.

Hello,

First review SAP note 35992 and ensure the physical path and the

physical file have the correct format.

The path is obviously a local windows path. If your SAP system is running on a windows server, that might be possible.

If not, check for a valid server path you can write the archive to.

Hi Divya,

Is the logical and physiacal file path mapped correctly? you can check that.

If it is correctly mapped then i that folder on al11 u will get generated file.

When this error is coming after sara execution? means at what stage you are gettng this error?
