Total Quantity is blank in Cost Center report S_ALR_87013611

Hi All,

The total quantity is not appearing on cost center report S_ALR_87013611 after we drill down the report to actual cost line items.

But this quantity appears when we view the KSB1 cost center report.

Is there any config setting or master data setting missing?

Hi,

Check the same layout used when you drill the report. I think it is using different layout.

Issue resolved. THe total quantity layout appears twice in report one is blank and the other one has data.

Hi,

Report S_ALR_87013611 calls and execute the report group 1SIP (you can confirm that from SE93, see at the botom for "Default Values"). When you drill down the report for Actual Line items from the S_ALR... report it calls the transaction KSB1. You can confirm that in GR53 > 1SIP and go to Report/Report interface. If the above is true in your system, no change is made to the standard report and I do not think any thing other than the layout might be creating the confusion.
