Download Attachment in QM note

Hello, I need a Help!

I have a situation that i´ve never seen before.

When i open a file that´s already saved in a QM note,  a copy is saved on desktop. is it common?

The problem is, a lot of copy of same file are being saved on desktop.

Natalia, Thanks for you answer! It served to give me a north.

After analyzing, I discovered that the problem was in the sap version installed on windows 8 x64.

I updated the version of sap gui to 740, and the problem was solved.
