Hello Experts,
We have recently upgrated to BW 7.5 SP5.
After a DTP load the TNS request is in active yellow status, but when you look details tab is actually failed and when you look in SM37 the background jobs are terminated as well. As it's in active status we can't delete it or execute another load.
It looks like the request is blocked. I cheked table RSPMREQUEST and find out some inconsistency. The flag REQUEST_STATUS is 'Y' for active, but REQUEST_IS_IN_PROCESS flag is 'N' for No.
Also we can see error message in the details tab when 'Set Technical Status to Red'
"Operation could not be carried out for
Error in BW: CL_RSPM_RUNTIME->IF_RSPM_RUNTIME~CLOSE_CREATE_REQU
Exception CX_RS_FAILED logged"
Could you advise how change this request to Red and delete it ?
Many Thanks,
Emil
You can use program RSPM_PROCESS_MONITOR to reset the status of the hanging DTP.

You can only update RSPMREQUEST data in debug mode.

Hi,
where you able to resolve your issue? We have a similar issue were we tried to delete the content of an advanced dso and it is stuck in the status “Deleting in “RSPMREQUEST”. No job is running and no actions are possible to apply to the aDSO and
REQUEST_IS_IN_PROCESS flag is 'Y'.
Best regards
Marcus
