Error while accessing SC in Application monitor

Hello Experts,

We have a situation where for some users, we are getting below error on opening any SC in "Application Monitors" from Enterprise Portal

While for some users its working fine.

Checked from both BASIS and Security perspective but nothing positive

Please advise

Hello All,

This issue happened after one upgrade. It was because of the changes in Authorization level which were introduced post upgrade.

Later, SAP provided us with Note# 2150320  which fixed the issue,

Hi

Please do the consistency check for the good recipient and requestor with respect to those shopping cart.

generally such issue appears when there is some inconsistency in user profile.

As rightly mentioned above please tcode "users_gen" for the same.

Manish,

Please check the following attributes for the User's position

Movement Type  'BWA'

Storage location  'LAG'

Company Code  'BUK'

Currency  'CUR'

Document type in R/3 system  'BSA'

Plant  'WRK'

product category  'WGR'

Accounting system for Vendor  'ACS'

Company  'COMPANY'

and System Alias for Accounting Systems 'ACS'

Hi Manish,

It is not because of Basis or Security. It is because of Org Structure assignment. Whichever ID you are using to access this shopping cart, remove it's current org assignment and then reassign it.

This will correct this error. Even I faced this during contract creation and then I deleted my purchaser's assignment from Org Structure and then reassigned it. It worked in that way

the issue is happening only in Production system.. rest all systems are working fine

Hi Manish,

These issues generally happens only in one system as Org structure is defined in each system. You can try some more things as below:-

  • Go to USERS_GEN and check the consistency of that particular ID or node.
  • Try to Repair and Sync from USERS_GEN.
