Error while doing "Restore" for reconnecting source system to bw

Hello,

We faced the problem showing

"BW unknown in source system

The BW IDoc type ZSBA003 is not the same as the source system IDoc type"

In this case, we tried restore option where it asks for rfcuser and password.

After doing this also, its giving following message

"Please logon as a administrator"

After this, as soon as we click on ok button where logon screen should get opened

But there its giving following message

"No connection to system ECOMG2P possible"

and in detail text its showing

"Logical system ECOMG2P cannot be reached"

Please help me out in resolving this, its very urgent.
