Hi Ajit,
Please refer to below post. Before that check the Tomcat Logs under the Tomcat Installation folder. It will give you the exact root cause of the error...
if the issue is related to Tomcat Configuration then check the Tomcat Config file. Also check the user account which is used to start the Tomcat Service. It should be a part of Domain Account and should have full rights.

HI Arun Kumar
Thanks for your reply.
I checked the service Property and path to which it is executing it was correct and i didn't find any file call .conf in the Conf folder
Can you please elaborate me where to check this, this is very much needed for my task.
Thanks in advance
Ajit
Before you spend a lot of time checking if tomcat web app server is the issue, Are you checking port '8090'? It should be 8080.
Hi Ajit,
As Arun mentioned please check the Web Application Status using below URL
After that check the status of Data Services Management Console
http://Servername:8080/DataServices
Hope this will help!!!!
Thanks,
Daya

Hi Ajit,
Can you please check if the Web Application server is running but typing your server name and tomcat listener port in your browser.
If the Tomcat Home page is loaded then the web App is working. If its not please try to restart the Tomcat Application server from CCM
