SAP CAL user question

I am installing a new HANA development client on AWS.

When I try to log into http://scn.sap.com/welcome to download HANA client software I receive an error.

Welcome to the SAP Community Network!

Thank you for activating your account. A welcome letter will be sent to the email account you registered with us, xxxx@x.com.

There is already a user with this email. Please try another.

However, I can login from my laptop using the same userid and password with no issues.

Summary: When I try to log into scn from a computer other than my desktop I receive an error.

Please clear this error condition so I can login.

    Hi Joseph,

    What is the difference between the first and the second case? Could you provide more details on the steps that you have performed. Eg. in the description above I cannot make any connection with SAP CAL nor with HANA Developer edition.
