Is it possible to create Service work Oder without Notification.? ALM_ME_ORDER CREATE

Hi,

We are using a ALM_ME_ORDER CREATE   to create Service Work order for Customer service.

Is there a way possible to create Sevice Work Order without Notification ?

If yes then which Bapi Should i use??

BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN

BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT

in sequence.

But it seems that BAPI we can use it for change , we cant create a Service Work order.
