FORM 16 - Name and Address of CIT not Displaying

Hi,

Experts I am not able to print The CIT Address as shown in the Attachment.

I have maintained the values and address in V_T7INT5 and running Standard form 16 through PC00_M40_F16.

In the Same form of

FORM No.12BA

{See Rule 26A(2)(b)}

Statement showing particulars of perquisities, other fringe

benefits or amenities and profits in lieu of salary with value thereof

Iam getting the TDS Assessment Range Address properly, but in form 16 we are not getting the Address.

I have also checked the Note 1674796 - CIT address not getting displayed completely on Form 16, and no use

Also tried the BADI Enhancement GET_CIT_ADDRESS in HR_IN_ER_ADDRESS

Please help me whether any other enhancement to be done, as we need issue the Form-16 to all employees for the F.Y 2014-15.

Please help me

    Hello,

For CIT TDS address you need to implement the method GET_CIT_ADDRESS in

BADI HR_IN_ER_ADDRESS. For CIT (TDS) address only the street, pobox,

pocode and city need to be displayed on Form 16 and SADR-STRAS,

    SADR-PFACH , SADR-ORT01 , SADR-PSTLZ are the fields to be used.

Please make sure the BADI status is set to 'implementation will be called' so that the same can be read on running Form 16.

    With Regards,

    S.Karthik
