Webi report publishing webi pdf except one!?

Hi Guys,

This is my first question on the SCN and hope someone can please help.

I have scheduled a publication to run daily and the publication outputs 14 pdf's based on individual reports that are sent to individual contractors using dynamic recipients.

It has been working fine up until now where one particular pdf although is published does not open in Adobe as it did previously. The error message I get is "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired". I have tried to save the report individually by going into webi info view and the same issue persists.

All the other reports are published correctly. Could anyone suggest anything that may be the cause of this and a solution?

I am using BO 3.1 just for your information.

Hey Zee

Were you able to crack this issue ? If so, what did you do besides re-designing the report from scratch ?

The cause if this error is currupted instance. You should reschedule your report.

Hi Wafa,

Thank you for your response. I don't think that is the issue as I have scheduled another instance to run and the problem persists.

I have also tried to export the individual report from within webi to pdf and the error message is displayed therefore not working for that specific individual report. I have attempted to go through the link you provided but it is not working.

Could you think of anything else that I could try?
