charging the customer with salary of the employee

Can any one tell me if it`s possible to charge the customer for the manpower he used with the the salary of the employees as  we are a manpower company and we want to charge the customer with the salary of the employees including in the agreement .

Hi

If you are saying that system should automatically get the salary amount of employee from HR then its not possible. If you are willing to enter salary amount in condition value in sale order or contract etc then it is possible.

If you could explain your process then that would be nice and easy for us to understand and suggest you the solution.

Hi

Automatically it is not possible. You have to enter that manually or if you want to do it automatically you can try with creating a routine in VOFM. Ask your ABAPER to create a routine and use some function module to get the salary of employee. In standard settings it is not possible.

This is service related billing which means Order related billing and yes it is quite possible to capture the value, provided, you maintain a condition record for the same.  If you are not sure on how to capture, search SCN how a value is flowing into sale order / billing.

Do you man maintaining condition records using VK11 which should contain values equal to the salary amount of the employees involved in the service contract
