PI 74 Mapping parameters missing in ICO

Hi,

Recently we upgraded PI environment to 7.4 SP09. One of our scenario’s in 7.3 using parameterized mapping to pass the table name for JDBC receiver and all working as expected. Surprisingly when I am working with 7.4 the values are disappearing (Including Name, to clearly say the complete bottom table view) as soon as I am trying to save them in ICo receiver interfaces tab in ID.

Do we need to deploy any relevant services for 7.4?

Can you please share your expertise if anyone experienced the same situation?

Guys - this is the problem with SAP PI 7.4 SP09.

Hay Hi Shiva,

Have you just taken patch ESR 7.4 (patch level) in that note.

Or have you selected patches for all components as below?

ESR 7.40

PI GUI LIBRARY

XI ADAPTER FRAMEWORK

XI TOOLS

Can you please confirm.

We raised the OSS to SAP, and SAP have suggested the same to apply the latest patch to all components. We did the same and our issue got resolved.

Hi Darshana,

I am also facing same issue ,i have applied SAP note 2136143 - Mapping parameters missing in ICO  and upgraded the software components but still we are unable to see the  Parameters from operation mapping are missing in Receiver Interfaces tab of Integration configuration”

Kindly advise us after applying below patches any thing need to do.

Software Components:

·         SAP_XIESR 7.40 - 7.40

·         SAP_XITOOL 7.40 - 7.40

·         SAP_XIAF 7.40 - 7.40

·         SAP_XIGUILIB 7.40 - 7.40

Hi,

* Make sure no issues encountered during installing above addressed 4 components latest patch level and they are all compatible with other dependent components patch levels.

* Make sure at least one parameter defined in  Operation mapping and no cache issues between ID getting info from ESR.

Restart whole Java (Recommended).

No issues encountered  during above 4 components patch deployment.

I have removed the client side cache and server side cache as well ( restored archives) and restarted the completed server,but no luck.

Based on my above screen shot I have marked in red color , we are assuming screen is missing over there ,if possible can you please attach one parameter screen for us to see how it lokks like.

How can we check this can you guide me .

Hi,

Firstly if any parameter defined in ESR operation mapping then only the perameterised mapping will be enabled in ID.

Screen appearance in ID:

Parameter defined in ESR operation mapping.

Check your PI developers for more details on this.
