Enterprise compensation Management Configuration (ECM)

Dear Expert,

I am first time doing configuration for ECM , i kindly request all of you please help to in configuration of ECM. i have gone through most of the post available on SAP.SCN but from them i have only come to know where i have to do configuration. I am doing all this in R/3.

My objective behind this post are;

A) ECM configuration

B) link Appraisal with ECM

C) Auto calculation of Employee salary increment received based on Appraisal Rating.

Help needed:

D) ECM step by step Configuration guide/document for R/3

E) Frequently used t code for ECM in R/3

F) How to do auto calculation of salary increment based on appraisal ratings in R/3.
