We have recently upgraded solution manager system from 7.1 SP04 to SP12. After the upgrade we are observing that whenever an incident logged with OSS at SMP is changed(status change like sent to sap, customer action and so on) a corresponding SLFN notification number is getting generated in solution manager. I believe it is a config that needs to changed/adjusted, but I am not sure where exactly I have to change. We do not require this functionality and want to disable it.
I am not an expert in ITSM (service desk ) configuration so would be grateful if anyone can help.
