Portal Installation Distribution

I appologize for asking such an elementary question. I've been looking for the lastest Portal installation files on service marketplace but no joy. I've found everything else though.

Why I think I need it....

I'm running Ep 60 SP14 and I got there from Ep 60 SP2. I need to add Content Management I would like to add it from source more recent than Sp2.

Anyway, big points for anyone who can make me look like a hero.
