Hi

Can anybody advise me....

I have to extract acitvities data using 0crm_sales_act_1.

I have to extract planned date and time field as well. But there is no time field available in the extractor.

What is the way out.

Also is there a link where I can have the details of this particular data source to be used.

Also should we use the standard BC info cubes and ODS or we create the new ones.

Hi!

I think you can retrive the Planned data field through fields PLANNED_FROM,PLANNED_TO of th esame data source but i think there is no standard field for extracting the time. you have to enhance the datasource.

you can use the standard BW content but to include the planed time you have to enhance then to include time.

I would like to know is the enhancement procedure same as R/3 using user exits. If it different then can you send me the steps to do enhancement in case of CRM system.

Hi!

Basically procedure is same as R/3 if you wish to implement the enhancement througn FM but if we have these timestamps in BDOC then it is easier then R/3 normal steps for CRM are

Enhance the extractor with the required fields and then add then map the fields in transaction BWA1.

Actually What happens in these extractors is Bdoc delevers the timestamp but it is converted into date during the dataload.
