Quality Management Notification Attachments

Gurus,

I probably know the answer to this question - all I need is a confirmation. I have a need to attach a document (picture file or a word document) to the QM notification. I have attached this in the following way (using services for objects):

They appear also in the attachment list of the notification:

Question is - where do they get saved? SAP server or DMS? I am pretty sure they get stored in SAP server.

Again, if I want to view them where should I go to (other than QM03/QM02)?
