Business Process documentation

Can anyone point me to standard documentation for migrating business process documentation from one Solution Manager system to another i..e we want to migrate by not touching the existing configuration in Managed system, EWA and others in the target system. Can you please help advise.

I am searching too but thought I would post here for any best practices that you may come cross this space.
