Agentry SAP Sales Manager App

Could you please help me understand how to customize the following changes in SAP SALES MANAGER 2.5 (AGENTRY/SMP 3.0)?

1. Replacing icons on the main dashboard - Accounts, Leads, Activities etc? Can we just replace the images in Framework w/o modifying the code in iOS?

2. Where do we re-set the idle time of the app? Right now every few seconds, app becomes idle and need to put password.
