Live Activity: New Ticket - Select Document Type

Hi Everyone,

In the live activity pane, i searched and selected the individual customer i need, clicked in the link "phone" and new ticket.

The problem is that I need to select the document type(service ticket) before saving the ticket.

The system is creating always the standard document type: SERVICE REQUEST.

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?
