I am after some advice on creating a workflow that correctly administers approval requests
The scenario I have is .... I have added a new UDO form in the SAP B1 Purchasing menu for "Major Expenditure Requests" that I would like to workflow to a designated FINANCE user that oversees the budget. I would like each submitted form to 1st workflow to this FINANCE user who will review the request form add the financial data related to the MER form that is being submitted.
The idea would be that this FINANCE user will complete the "MER" form with the budgeting details as shown in the attached screenshot and then when the user hits the update button the form will workflow to the designated financial delegate to review and approve.
The process needed is that when the user clicks on the "Ok" button shown above that the form will workflow to the designated user to complete the "DETAILS ENTERED BY FINANCE" section in the form and then when clicking on the update button ...............need a further workflow to then request review and approval from Financial delegate that meet the condition (Condition would be dependant on the Department and Amount on the form)
As shown in UDO Workflow fig2.gif and UDO Workflow fig3.gif
The financial delegate would then have to review and approve or reject
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
