Detaild navgitaion is missing in PLM portal

Hi Experts ,

In PLM portal Detailed navigation is missing in PLM portal,pls see the attached screen shot .

We checked roles &authorizations it's fine ,java version also updated .

Pls can you help me on this .

Hi Suresh,

Have you checked the authorization role assigned to the user. If you have defined custom role, you might be missing menu option from the role. Please check menu tab in role and compare with standard role.

Many thanks for your email,

I checked roles and authorizations also and I created same role as a test user in quality its working fine , this is standard role only ,it will happened sometimes only some times its working fine .

for Ex- today morning its working afternoon its missing .

Any chance you switched to IE11 recently?

We have issues with detailed navigation in portal depending on the IE we run, and if Enterprise Mode is switched on or not..

Hi,

I have it as third option in Tools menu in IE11, and it should be ON for detailed navigation to work - at least at our site.

I think Enterprise mode can be hidden by your IT admins, or maybe it comes with different IE11 versions - I know it is not always present.
