As am new to SAP and facing a unique problem. I am running payroll for an employee for the month of Dec 14 and the result is mis-matching with my manual calculation.
SCENARIO: I have an employee who is absent for 16 days in December (on LOP) and he should be paid only for 9 days out of total 25 working days in the month of Dec. but when I calculate the salary manually, the numbers are different and am sure that SAP system is calculating it in a wrong way.
All though I have assigned him 16 LOPs for this month (LOP/Unpaid absence are been configured by my seniors and am not at all aware of this configuration) but still there is a mis-match. You can find the salary slip attached with this query.
I have given him Basic Pay as 2200/-,
Hence, if the basic is 2200 for 25 days, then the basic for 9 days (9 days coz the employee is absent of 16 days out of 25, therefore 25-16=9), should be 792/- but my system is showing 733, which is definitely incorrect. same is the case with other wagetypes too.
Therefore I request you to help me out in solving this query.
