PT50 - Leave Accural

Hi,

I am new to SAP, just got a task to create workschedule. I managed to create the workschedule but problem observed at leave Accrual side.

user came back and told me that sick leave accrual is generated perfectly, but annual leave accrual is missing in PT50 Annual Accrual.

The new workschedule is assigned to employee on 18.01.2015, before 18th the accrual is good. however after 18. its having problem.

where should I go to check, why Annual Leave Accrual is not generating but Sick leave is fine?

Hi MTA,

Kindly provide your quota generation method, mean via time evaluation (PT60) or manual from Report, and also if possible then attach some screen shots so that we assist u better way. thanks

If this is happening for ee  who had a change in work schedule , pls check the PSG grouping (v_001p_all) for this employee and check the T559l and V_T556A_B ( select increase radio buton for Time Eval) tables for the annual leave quota.If this is a new PSG grouping altogether, you need to configure  Annual leave quota  to this new psg grouping.

As suggested by Venkat pls run  the Time eval   in test mode  and check the  Log and share the message that is displayed there.

Dear MTA,

1. PT50 Uses for Quota overview.

2. In PT50 quotas will be appeared based on info type 2006, So go to PA30 and overview info type 2006 whether quota has been created or not...

3. If Quota accrual hasn't been created then check Time evaluation (PT60). Because there are several ways cause to this issue. like

i) Groping missing.

ii) Configuration missing, Etc....!

First of all check how you are generating quota's i.e with time evaluation PT60 or with out time evaluation RPTQTA00 if you are using time evaluation Simulate the time evaluation program and check the log why it is not being generated what conditions are written to generate quota's accordingly we can sort it out.

Hi MTA, If annual leave is accrual is generated until 18th Jan, it should not have any issue even after 18th Jan also. It may be because, the change in time management status on 19th Jan. Check time mgmt. status in IT 0007 for this employee. I would like to know if you have changed any Infotypes on or after 18th Jan What is your leave policy for sick leave accrual and how are generating in SAP HCM.

How are the accruals generated in your system? You may need to check the PCR used for the quota generation.
