J1BNFE - Error while update NF-e at Monitor J1BNFE

Hi team,

We have a docnum 3518668 (PRD system) which was approved

correctly in

SEFAZ and GRC system, whatever was not possible to update the

status at

ERP system.

Currently, the status (step) is 3, the system is

waiting to send NF-e

again, but it was already approved.

We tried to

update the status from the GRC system "repeat step process"

but with no

results. The option for "require status check" is not

available.

Even

if we send again the document from J1BNFE to GRC, we receive an

error as a

dump with the follow message:
