E-Rec: Attachments in Application Wizard

Hello Experts,

There is a requirement raised where we need to add the attachments to either ND (Application) object or NE (Candidacy) Object id in Application Wizard. This is updloaded by the candidate as part of their documents which are added to NA object ids and stored in HRP5134 table.

This problem is - all the documents attached can be viwed by the hiring managers. How can we progress on this requirement? Please advice.

PS: I have already searched the SDN and have found out that this is standard SAP design however, would like to know if there are any wayouts to this problem.

what is the problem. Like you said, it's standard SAP so not a problem. Shouldn't the managers see the attachments? That would be a strange request imo

Actually, based on the process - hiring managers should only be able to access the attachments on the application and not all which candidates have added as part of candidate profile. May be this is odd however, now is a requirement. So, any ideas are welcome.

That's not standard so it will require development. The other way is possible nowadays (hiding other attachments to candidates)

Any ideas on what kind of development? Also, when you say "hiding  other attachments to candidates" is that a standard functionality are you referring to? Please provide bit more details.
