Hi Folks,

i have an active process chain in the test system. It is triggered by some event, which i am not aware of. If i want to manually trigger the process chain right now, how do i do it???

Thank you

Southie, if your Process Chain is triggered by an event, you can trigger the event manually using transaction SM64. This will execute your Process Chain.

HI,

you have to change the startprocess to immediately. Save it then activate and execute the process chain.

BUT: You will loose the settings for the event then. So to be sure go to the start variant, change it, press after event tab strip, make a copy of this entry and the selected event. After you have triggered the process chain you can reenter the event and reschedule the process chain.

Regards,

Jürgen

hi,

if you set the start process with certain time (run in background), i think you can change the job to run immediately (transaction sm37). hope this helps.

Hi Southie,

It will start running when you make these changes and Activate and Schedule the process chain.

Hope this helps...
