Failed to load database information. []
---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]

Hi Santhosh,
Log-in to CMC > Right-click the report > Database configuration.
Make sure the database config is setup correctly.
Also make sure that the database drivers/ODBC is setup as required.

Make sure you've installed the '32-bit oracle Client' on the BO Server box.
Then, logon to CMC and browse to the report > Right-click > Database Configuration > Select 'Use Custom database logon information specified here' > Choose Oracle as the 'Database Type'.
Server: Database Server as specified in the TNS file
Database: Leave blank
User: DB User ID
Password: DB Password
Table Prefix: Scheme if any
Click Update.
If the report is based off of an ODBC, then make sure the same ODBC that exists on the 'client' machine is also created on the BO Server box and you can then use the 'use original database logon information from the report' option and type in the credentials.

Hi Abhilash.
I have to raise a ticket to my IT Admin Team to install 32 bit in server.
Can you please provide KB or any official documents to meet the requirements.
Santhoshsreshta@gmail.com is my email id.
Thanks a lot,
Santhosh.S
CR 2011 is a 32-bit application and uses 32-bit Services on the BI Platform. Hence it will need 32-bit drivers for ANY database.
I don't think you'd need an SAP Note for the IT Admin to know this!
You could still use the search bar on the top right corner of the page and see if any official documentation exists.
